I have been involved with the University role of becoming a mentor to select few students...My time as a student mentor in my university equipped me with enhanced communication abilities, taught me the significance of teamwork and collaboration, and reinforced the idea that sharing knowledge can be as rewarding as gaining it.

The field trip to ResMed Headquarters was an incredibly informative experience. Exploring their facilities and engaging with professionals in the field of industrial design opened my eyes to the intricacies of product manufacturing, career opportunities, and the future of design. I gained valuable insights, not just about the industry but also about the extensive design and professional knowledge that's out there. This visit was a pivotal step in my journey toward a deeper understanding of industrial design and its real-world applications.

During my 1.5-month internship, I worked as a Design Research Assistant on a Memory Aid Device project. I collaborated closely with the design team to help refine the product’s functionality and usability. Using SolidWorks, I performed multiple design iterations, applying critical thinking to solve design challenges and improve the device's user experience. My role also involved actively participating in team discussions, contributing to ideation and problem-solving, while refining prototypes based on feedback. This experience strengthened my skills in design iteration, CAD modeling, and team collaboration.

Attending the Powerhouse Museum's industrial design exhibition was an enlightening experience. The captivating showcase of innovative design concepts and groundbreaking creations provided me with a wealth of insight, inspiration, and knowledge in the field. That night, I discovered the remarkable intersection of creativity and functionality, leaving me inspired to explore new horizons in my own work. It was a transformative experience that expanded my horizons and fueled my passion for design.
